This PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is between Washington County, a political subdivision of the state of Oregon (“County”), and (“Agency”), each of whom is a “Party” and collectively they are the “Parties.” The effective date of the Agreement will be the date on which all Parties have signed the Agreement (“Effective Date”).
