Agreement made this ____________day of______________________________, 2012, by and between_______________________________, hereinafter referred to as the “Client,” and Rockin’ K Ranch Commercial Kitchen Rental, hereinafter referred to as the “Provider.” Whereas, the Client desires to engage the services of the Provider, including but not limited to use of grounds operated by the Provider, hereinafter referred to as the “Facility;” it is agreed as follows:
