THIS GROUND LEASE AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”), is made and entered into this day of , 2020, by and between the HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY AVIATION AUTHORITY, an independent special district existing under the laws of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as the “Authority”), and SARASOTA AVIONICS, INC., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida and authorized to conduct business in the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) (hereinafter individually and collectively referred to as the “Party” or “Parties”).
