These CorTrust Bank Mobile Banking Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) set forth the terms and conditions governing your use of the Bank’s Mobile Banking Services (the “Mobile Banking Services”). To use the Mobile Banking Services, and any related software, you must download the CorTrust Bank Mobile Application (the “App”) to your Mobile Device. By participating in Mobile Banking, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions presented here in this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully and keep it for future reference.
