WITNESSETH WHEREAS, MPL owns and operates a common carrier pipeline system originating in Ohio, as further depicted on Exhibit A, that will provide both interstate and intrastate common carrier transportation services; and WHEREAS, MPL also operates the assets of Ohio River Pipe Line LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“ORPL”) and an affiliate of MPL.
