In consideration for purchasing a Lift Ticket and as a condition of being permitted to use Buena Vista Ski Area’s premises and facilities for the 2022-2023 season, including for Alpine Skiing, Snowboarding, Nordic Skiing (the “Activities”), the individual(s) named below (referred to as “I” or “me”) agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
