It sets out certain terms and conditions that apply to the services that eHealth Ontario, a corporation under the Development Corporations Act, RSO 1990, c. D 10, provides to Client. The references to the “Client” in this Agreement are references to the client identified below who has agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
