THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 26th day of February, 2015, by and between the Board of Education of the School District of Papillion-La Vista in the County of Sarpy, in the State of Nebraska (hereinafter referred to as the “Board” or “District” as the context may require) and Papillion-La Vista Education Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Association”). This agreement shall be effective for the 2015-2016 contract year.
