(“Company” or “Employer”) which owns and operates Fox Digital, and the National Association of Broadcast Employees and Technicians-Communications Workers of America, AFL-CIO (“NABET” or “Union”) and its Local 53, and includes the agreement of the parties on the minimum standards of wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment.
