PREAMBLEAgreement • August 31st, 2021 • PortlandThis Agreement is made and entered into this 1st day of July 2021 by and between the Northwest Iron Workers Employers Association, Inc., hereinafter referred to as the Employer, and the Iron Workers District Council of the Pacific Northwest comprised of Local Union Nos.14, Spokane, WA, 29, Portland, OR, and 86, Seattle, WA, of the International Association of Bridge, Structural, Ornamental and Reinforcing Iron Workers who are affiliated with said District Council and/or other areas as designated by Iron Workers District Council of the Pacific Northwest, hereinafter referred to as the Union, which District Council and Local Unions are signatory hereto and are recognized as the collective bargaining representatives of the employees. Said District Council and Local Unions are affiliated with the Building and Construction Trades Department of the American Federation of Labor - Congress of Industrial Organizations.
