AGREEMENT (“Agreement’) is made and entered into as of March 1, 2017 (“Effective Date”), by and among the County of Sonoma, a political subdivision of the State of California, the City of Cotati, a California municipal corporation, the City of Cloverdale, a California municipal corporation, the City of Healdsburg, a California municipal corporation, the City of Petaluma, a California municipal corporation, the City of Rohnert Park, a California municipal corporation, the City of Santa Rosa, a California municipal corporation, the City of Sebastopol, a California municipal corporation, the City of Sonoma, a California municipal corporation, and the Town of Windsor, a California municipal corporation (collectively “Members” and each individually a “Member”).
