This STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), dated as of November 1, 2019 (“Effective Date”), is made by and among the Elite Amateur Fight League Inc., an Indiana corporation (“Company”), the Company’s board of directors, the Company’s current shareholders, and between the undersigned, a prospective investor into the Company in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
