This Agreement shall be in effect from September and shall continuein force up to and including August I, and shall continue automatically for annual periods of one year unless either party notifies the other, in writing, within ninety (90) days prior to the expirationdate that it desires to negotiate with a view to renewal, with or without modificationsof this Agreement, in accordancewith the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
