La Violette, 31240 L’Union, FRANCE ("InterAC"), owner and developer of any version of SEA+ SOFTWARE, that governs your acquisition and use of any version of SEA+ SOFTWARE and any update of SEA+ SOFTWARE, supplied by "InterAC or its distributors duly authorized by InterAC" herein referred to as your "SUPPLIER", either supplied on media or downloaded from the Internet.
