This Annex shall be for the purpose of NASA and Howe Industries LLC to test key components of a propulsion system using the unique capabilities of the Nuclear Thermal Reactor Element Environmental Simulator (NTREES) test chamber at NASA MSFC building 4205. These tests will provide valuable operational data for this novel technology that promises to improve performance of Nuclear Thermal Propulsion systems for deep space exploration.
