CENTRE AGREEMENT 1 INTRODUCTION 1.1 It is a regulatory requirement that where a centre undertakes any part of the delivery of a qualification on our behalf, we have a written and enforceable agreement. (C2.2) 1.2 The following are requirements of all centres based on the General Conditions of Recognition. 1.3 It is the responsibility of all centres to ensure Qualifications Network is able to Develop, Deliver and Award qualifications in accordance with our recognition. (C1.1) 1.4 It is our responsibility to ensure that the responsibilities under this agreement do not impose unnecessary or unduly burdensome requirements on centres.
