THIS AGREEMENT FOR PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT (hereinafter the "Agreement"), is made on or as of the _______ day of _________________, 2018, by and between the CITY OF OSKALOOSA, IOWA, a municipality (hereinafter the "City"), established pursuant to the Code of Iowa of the State of Iowa and acting under the authorization of Chapters 15A and 403 of the Code of Iowa, 2017, as amended (hereinafter the "Urban Renewal Act"), and ROBERT BURRELL AND AMBER BURRELL, individuals doing business at 3471 Adams Road, Blakesburg, Iowa (hereinafter the "Developer").
