This Agreement also indicates the different estimated monthly payment choices available for the lighti ng system. These monthly costs are divided into three components (Equipment, Maintenance and Energy Usage), and are based on the estimated work order costs of the Equipment described in the Agreement, which are unique to this installation. The equipment charges will no longer be reflected on your monthly bill at the end of Initial term you choose. This will be a one-third to one-half (1/3 - 1/2) decrease of the total bill, depending on the type of Equipment and the wattage of the lights. The estimated Energy and the Maintenance charges will continue for as long as the Equipment is in service. Please review pages 3 & 4 of the Agreement for more detailed information regarding terms.
