This Agreement governs the installation and use of the accompanying Sage 50 Accounting—Canadian Edition computer software program or add-on product or service, including but not limited to Sage 50 EFT Direct, Sage 50 Intelligence Reporting, and the Sage Cloud Connector; all printed and electronic manuals, guides, bulletins and online help (the “Documentation”); and any modifications, updates, revisions or enhancements received by You from Sage or its authorized dealers (collectively, the “Program”). The Program may not be accessed, installed, or used except pursuant to this Agreement.
