These MATC General Terms and Conditions for MicroStrategy Partners (“General Terms”) apply to an agreement executed between an affiliate of MicroStrategy Incorporated (“we,” “us,” “our”) and an authorized MicroStrategy partner (“you,” “your”) that incorporates these General Terms (collectively, the “Agreement”).
