Pursuant to Part 154.112 (b) of the regulations of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“Commission” or “FERC”), Midcontinent Express Pipeline LLC (“MEP”) hereby submits for filing with the Commission to reflect the addition of a non-conforming Firm Transportation Service (“FTS”) Rate Schedule Agreement (the “Agreement”) between MEP and Florida Power and Light Company (“FP&L”).
