The following General Terms & Conditions of Sale (the “T&Cs”) in combination with a signed Retail Sales Agreement constitute a binding contract (the “Agreement”) between AVI SYSTEMS MIDWEST, LLC (DBA DASCOM SYSTEMS GROUP) and the entity identified on page one of the Retail Sales Agreement (the “Customer”). Any terms and conditions set forth in any correspondence, purchase order or Internet based form from Customer to AVI SYSTEMS MIDWEST, LLC (DBA DASCOM SYSTEMS GROUP) which purport to constitute terms and conditions which are in addition to those set forth in this Agreement or which attempt to establish conflicting terms and conditions to those set forth in this Agreement are expressly rejected by AVI SYSTEMS MIDWEST, LLC (DBA DASCOM SYSTEMS GROUP) unless the same has been manually countersigned in wet ink by Managing Director of AVI SYSTEMS MIDWEST, LLC (DBA DASCOM SYSTEMS GROUP).
