This Facility Use Agreement is made and entered into on November 15, 2021, by and between Charlotte Independence Soccer Club (“Charlotte Independence”), a North Carolina non-profit corporation, and the Town of Mooresville (“Town”) a North Carolina municipal corporation located in Iredell County, North Carolina, and referred to collectively as the “Parties”.
