Bitvise Limited, a Texas corporation with its principal office at 4105 Lombardy Ct, Colleyville, Texas 76034, USA, ("Bitvise"), develops a Windows SSH client program named Bitvise SSH Client ("BSC"), to which it owns all rights, title, and interest, and is willing to grant you, meaning any individual or entity who will use BSC, ("you"), the license to use BSC, upon the condition that you agree to and accept all of the terms of this license agreement ("Agreement").
