The Parties form the following agreement on a temporary basis, effective the date of signature and concluding at the time where the Covid-19 situation has stabilized or upon providing notice as specified below, without prejudice and without precedent to the interpretation or application of the Collective Agreements between the District of West Vancouver and the West Vancouver Municipal Employees’ Association; and the Collective Agreement between the West Vancouver Memorial Library and the West Vancouver Municipal Employees’ Association (the “WVMEA”), or any other agreements between the Parties, or to any similar dispute between the Parties.
