This Zelle Network Standard Terms (the “Agreement”) is a contract between you and Wescom Central Credit Union (“Credit Union”, “us,” “we,” or “our”) in connection with the Zelle Services defined herein. In addition to this Agreement, in connection with your use of the Service, you may be subject to, and/or required to agree to, account agreements, guidelines, rules, schedules, disclosures, disclaimers and other terms that we have previously provided to you or otherwise make available to you from time to time (collectively “Additional Agreements”). All such Additional Agreements are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
