Thank you! BAFT (“BAFT”) sincerely appreciates your willingness to provide us your copyrighted materials (“Materials”) for our use and distribution in, but not limited to, our print publications, electronic communications, our websites (including or in any other medium either now known or hereinafter created (collectively, “communications”). This form shall serve as the agreement (“Agreement”) between you and BAFT for the purpose below. Your license to BAFT shall commence on the date affixed above and shall continue in perpetuity (“Term”), but either party can terminate the license upon reasonable notice. You may revoke your license to BAFT by emailing events@baft.org Upon request, BAFT will remove materials within 20 business days. BAFT can remove material at any time in BAFT’s sole discretion.
