services as referred to in this Agreement are complete for the Project which is proposed by the OWNER. If additional consultants are required by the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER for the design of the Project, such consultants will be paid for by the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER at no additional cost to the OWNER unless the services are outlined in Addendum 5. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER recognizes that in no way will subcontracts or consulting arrangements diminish or supplant the ultimate responsibilities it assumes pursuant to its contractual obligations under this Agreement.
