The following terms and conditions (the “Schedule”), between Intermedia Technologies Company Ltd. (“Intermedia”) and (“You”) is effective immediately and is issued pursuant to and incorporated by reference into the terms and conditions of the Master Service Agreement (the "MSA") by and between Intermedia and You. The terms and conditions of this Schedule are applicable to the Intermedia SecuriSync service only, and “Service” as used in this Schedule refers only to the Intermedia SecuriSync service. Intermedia warrants that the Service will be provided with reasonable care and skill.
