This Master Agreement is issued by the Regional Employment Board of Hampden County “Primary Operator” under the authority of the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) and the National Emergency Grant (NEG) for the provision of on- the-job training (OJT) for dislocated workers (OJT Trainees) whose separating event occurred on or after January 1, 2008, and who may be experiencing prolonged unemployment of 22 weeks or longer. Upon execution (signature) of this Agreement by both parties and receipt of the executed Agreement by Primary Operator, the Work Statement description, the On-the-Job Training process, the payment schedule, the support services, the Terms and Conditions, and the Grievance Procedures will be incorporated by reference into any services provided by the employer. Performance shall include services rendered, obligations due, costs incurred, or other commitments authorized under the Enrollment and Payment Procedures.
