This Agreement for Professional Investigative Services (this “Agreement”) is effective January 1, 2023, by and between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California (the “County”), on the one hand, and Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo (AALRR) (“Investigators”), on the other hand. County and Investigators are sometimes individually referred to as “Party”, or collectively referred to as “Parties.”
