The Client Checkbook End User License Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made by and between Universal Tax Systems, Inc. d/b/a CCH Small Firm Services, its successors, and assigns (“CCH SFS”) and each end user customer (“End User”) of the Client Checkbook software (the “Software”). By installing and/or using the Software or by otherwise indicating acceptance (electronically or otherwise) of this Agreement, End User acknowledges agreement to the terms set forth below. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of another person, company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person, company or legal entity to these terms and that you, along with such person, company or legal entity, constitute an End User. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, copy, access or use the Software.
