THIS CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (the "Construction Contract" or “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of April, 2020 (the "Effective Date"), by and between the TOWN OF FIRESTONE, a Colorado municipal corporation with an address of 151 Grant Avenue, P.O. Box 100, Firestone, Colorado 80520 (the "Town" or the “Owner”), and AMERICAN CIVIL CONSTRUCTORS, LLC DBA ACC MOUNTAIN WEST an independent contractor with a principal place of business at 4901 S. Windermere, Littleton, Colorado 802120 ("Contractor") (each a "Party" and collectively the "Parties").
