The Harborview Fitness Center (the "Fitness Center") is operated by, and as an amenity of, the Harborview Marina & Yacht Club Community Association, Inc. (the "HOA") . All property owners at Harborview are members of the HOA. The Harborview Fitness Center is available for use by Resident Members, Marina Members, HOA Guest Members and guests of Resident Members, each as hereinafter defined subject to the terms of this Agreement.
