This Master Agreement for Miscellaneous Services (the “Agreement”) is between the Columbia River People’s Utility District (“CRPUD”) and the independent contractor named in Addendum A of this Agreement (the “Contractor”). In this Agreement, CRPUD and the Contractor are collectively referred to as the “Parties,” and they are each individually referred to as a “Party.”
