Parties: This is an Agreement for services between the Southern Windsor County Regional Planning Commission (SWCRPC) a public body formed by its member municipalities as enabled under 24 V.S.A. 4341, with principal place of business at 38 Ascutney Park Road, Ascutney, Vermont 05030 and __________________ with its principal place of business at ________________________________ (hereinafter called “SUB-GRANTEE”). It is the SUB-GRANTEE’s responsibility to contact the Vermont Department of Taxes to determine if, by law, the SUB-GRANTEE is required to have a Vermont Department of Taxes Business Account Number.
