This Agreement and Disclosure Statement contains the terms and disclosures which apply to my Visa Platinum or Visa Gold credit card account ("Account"). The words "I", "me" and "my" which also mean "we", "us" and "our", if more than one customer, mean the person or persons who use or authorize the use of the Visa Platinum or Visa Gold credit card. The words "you", "your" and "yours" mean the issuing institution.
