This Intergovernmental Service Level Agreement (“Agreement”), effective July 1, 2022 (“Effective Date”), is made and entered into by and between the City of Portland, acting by and through the City Budget Office (the “City”), and Prosper Portland, the economic development and urban renewal agency of the City of Portland (“Prosper Portland”), (collectively the “Parties”).
