Agreement govern your (and the organization yourepresent, if any) access to and use of the HP LinkReader Application Software Development Kit (referred tohereinas the “LinkReader SDK") and constitute a legally binding contract between youand Hewlett-Packard Company and/or its affiliates ("HP") (these Offer Terms and the Developer Portal Agreement are collectively referred to herein as the “Agreement”). Please read all the terms of the Agreement carefully before you use the LinkReader SDK. By accessing or using the LinkReader SDK, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract in the relevant jurisdiction, and that youagree to be bound legally by the Agreement. If you donot agree withthe terms of the Agreement, do not access or use the LinkReader SDK.
