This Agreement refers to such information collectively as "Market Data" and refers to each category of such information as a "Type of Market Data") The Authorizing SROs authorize NYSE to enter into this Agreement to permit Customer to receive and redisseminate and/ or otherwise use Market Data on a non-exclusive basis, and to perform or provide the Services*, (1) to the extent, for the purposes, and in the manner, specified in Exhibit A and (2) only in accordance with and subject to this Agreement.
