This Interconnection Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of the date last signed below by and between Teliax, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of Colorado with offices at 2150 W. 29th Ave., Suite 200, Denver, CO 80211 (“Teliax”) and Consolidated Communications Company of Northern New England Company, LLC (“Consolidated”) a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, with principal offices at 2116 South 17th Street, Mattoon, IL 61938. Consolidated and Teliax may also be referred to herein singularly as a "Party" or collectively as the “Parties.”
