This Master Subscription and Support Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the last date signed below (the “Effective Date”) by and between [insert name here], with offices located at [insert address] (“Customer”) and Graviteesource SAS located at 14 Rue du Vieux Faubourg 59000 Lille, FR 03 818 169 971 (“Gravitee”). This Agreement governs Customer’s access to and use of the Products and Support Services and is incorporated into any Order Form executed by the Parties and, together with the Data Processing Agreement, On Premise Product Terms, SaaS Product Terms and the Support Terms, forms the legally binding Agreement between Gravitee and Customer. Gravitee and Customer may also be referred to herein individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties” throughout this Agreement.
