The purpose of this Agreement is to provide orderly collective bargaining relations between the Employer and its employees covered by this Agreement through the Un- ion to secure prompt and fair disposition of grievances, to secure the efficient operations of the Employer’s business without interrup- tion or interference with work and to provide fair wages, hours, and working conditions for the employees.
