Definitions (a) “Bank” means the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.(b) “Client” means the agency with which the selected Consultant signs the Contract for the Services.(c) “Consultant” means any entity or person that may provide or provides the Services to the Client under the Contract.(d) “Contract” means the Contract signed by the Parties and all the attached documents listed in its Clause 1, that are the General Conditions (GC), the Special Conditions (SC), and the Appendices.(e) “Data Sheet” means such part of the Instructions to Consultants used to reflect specific country and assignment conditions.(f) “Day” means calendar day.(g) “Government” means the government of the Client’s country.(h) “Instructions to Consultants” (Section 2 of the RFP) means the document which provides shortlisted Consultants with all information needed to prepare their Proposals.(i) “LOI” (Section 1 of the RFP) means the Letter of Invitation being sent by the Client to the shortlisted Consu
