This Interconnection, Collocation and Resale Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated this 9th day of February, 2007, is entered into by and between 1-800-Reconex, Inc., d/b/a U.S. Tel (“CLEC”) and United Telephone Company of the Carolinas d/b/a Embarq (“Embarq”) to establish the rates, terms and conditions for local interconnection, collocation, local resale, and purchase of unbundled Network Elements (individually referred to as the “service” or collectively as the “services”).
