THIS CONTRACT is made and entered into by and between the Board of School Trustees of the Clark County School District (“Employer” or “CCSD”) and W arren C . Shillingburg ( “Employee”) (collectively, the “Parties”), effective as of the date of execution by all persons set forth on the last page of this Employment Contract. For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Employee and Employer agree as follows:
