the City of North Miami, a Florida municipal corporation, (“City”) with a principal address of 776 NE 125th Street, North Miami, Florida, and MJD Wellness and Community Center, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation registered and authorized to do business in the State of Florida, having its principal office at 1151 NW 126th Street, North Miami, Florida 33168 (“Subrecipient”). The City and Subrecipient shall collectively be referred to as the “Parties” and each may individually be referred to as a “Party.”
