These Terms of Service constitute the agreement ("Agreement") between Synergy Connect ("Carrier”, “we," "us" or "SYNERGY CONNECT") and the End User ("You", "Your" or "Customer") of SYNERGY CONNECT Business VOIP Services (“Service”, “Services”). Customer and SYNERGY CONNECT may be collectively referred to herein as the "Parties”, and individually as “Party”. This Agreement governs the Service as well as use of SYNERGY CONNECT-supplied hardware, and any other IP-PSTN device used in conjunction with the Service. By signing the SYNERGY CONNECT Services Quote to activate SYNERGY CONNECT services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, and are of legal age to enter into this Agreement.
