This agreement describes how to use the Municipal Credit Union Automated Services - Touch Tone Teller (AS-TTT) system and explains your rights and responsibilities as a Municipal Credit Union AS-TTT user. Your first use of Municipal Credit Union AS-TTT services will indicate your acceptance of this Agreement, whether or not you also previously agreed, or subsequently agree, in writing or electronically, to be bound by the terms of this Agree- ment. Since Municipal Credit Union AS-TTT services offer you access to certain Municipal Credit Union accounts, the Municipal Credit Union AS-TTT services are also governed by the Municipal Credit Union Rules and Regulations applicable to such accounts.
