THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS constitute a binding agreement by and between any supplier of goods, raw materials, other materials or processed materials supplied or to be supplied by any (and all) Supplier(s) (hereinafter referenced as the “PROVIDER”) and IAH Comercio de Cosmeticos, Ltda., with its office at Rua Caramuru, 417, cj. 36, Pça da Árvore, São Paulo, SP, Brazil, CEP 04138-001, registered with number CNPJ: 09.527.414/0001-48, a company organized and existing in accordance with the laws of Brazil, (hereinafter referenced as the “PURCHASER”) and represented by its legal representative as shown below. PROVIDER and PURCHASER are herein referenced as the “Parties”.
